What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are fair and honest in our pricing. You will find us to be one of the most competitive bids you receive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We usually start by providing a free and comprehensive roof inspection. Following the inspection, we complete an inspection report and provide to the homeowner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Both Owners are degreed professionals with over 25 years of construction experience. We have completed over 4,000 roof replacement projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Both owners were custom homebuilders prior to starting Republic Roofing. Dan is also a former Captain in the Army Corps of Engineers completing construction projects world-wide. Tim has deep construction knowledge and holds a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers from all walks of life. We love our customers and work very hard to go above and beyond expectations on every project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently completed a large waterfront home on Geist reservoir. We have completed several on Geist and it is always a great view from the rooftop. Another was a large country home in a beautiful valley right on the Ohio River in Madison Indiana. It was a great project but it was the retired Army Colonel that made it extra special. Just a tremendous person and at over 90 years old full of life. We were inspired and committed to do the best job possible.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Reputation matters! Don't buy on personality or price, always buy on reputation. In this day and age, you have to go the extra mile to maintain excellent reviews. Find a company with fantastic reviews and your experience will most likely match your expectations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Check out reviews, does the contractor have insurance, how much will decking replacement cost, do I need to replace skylights or chimney flashing, any specific or unique features of the home that may affect price or project quality.
